Deep Breathing Meditation

To inhale more oxygen, instead of shallow breaths from our upper chest, take deep breaths from the abdomen.

Here are the [simple] steps,

  •     Sit comfortably with your back straight
  •     Breathe in slowly through your nose, feeling your entire belly, sides and lower back expand
  •     Exhale slowly through your mouth (exhaling through gently pursed lips), pushing out as much air as you can while contracting your abdominal muscles.
  •     Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly for about 10 times [or more]

Additional tips:
Empty your mind while doing this exercise, just focus on your breathing; or
You may want to create a peaceful visualization.  Simply visualize anything that keeps your thoughts away from current tensions.

So, let's turn stress into relaxation...let's change the way we breathe. =D

Ampalaya

I am taking [natural] Ampalaya capsules everyday!...I also drink Ampalaya tea everyday!

Banaba

I've been taking Banaba for months now for general health but mainly for my blood sugar regulation.

Banaba is known to lower blood glucose levels!

Banaba is also used for weight-loss management. I was able to reach my ideal weight within 2 months, from 66 kilograms to 58Kgms!!!...together with Ampalaya, regular exercise and a balanced diet!
